New £7m skin and eye unit is opened in Hull

A £7m facility providing specialist eye and skin treatment has opened in Hull.
The Clinical Skills, Ophthalmology and Dermatology Facility will provide outpatient clinics and accommodation.
The building also includes the Clinical Skills Training Centre to provide training for complex procedures including dentistry and resuscitation.
A simulated ward has also been built with a theatre suite to enable training to take place.
'Improved care' Colin Vize, clinical lead for ophthalmology said: "We can now accommodate all ophthalmic problems under one roof and as a consequence, clinical care within the region is destined to improve."
The new facility means the dermatology outpatients department will transfer from the former Princess Royal Hospital site.
Both the ophthalmology and dermatology clinics provide specialist facilities for children.
